We participate in external initiatives to gain a better perspective of areas of focus, and internally, we continue to work on activities that promote diversity. We believe this approach broadens our perspectives of the world, creating both new paths and new possibilities.

In 2022, we increased gender diversity among our employees, improved our inclusion rate for people with disabilities and increased the number of women in leadership positions.
